Goals

1. Preserve the environment by undertaking sustainable agricultural practices and participating in environmental projects;
2. Provide agricultural employment training and education through farm apprenticeship;
3. Advance the public’s understanding and appreciation of the arts and artist education as it relates to nature and the land;
4. Provide support to persons of diverse physical and mental abilities, ages, ethnocultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic status by enhancing opportunities for community development and participation in food/farming/environmental activities; and
5. Advance education by providing opportunities and resources about sustainable agriculture, ecosystems, and community food systems.
